Mrs. Tina Gilbert
Mrs. Gilbert is a Kindergarten teacher and the preschool supervisor at Glendale. Mrs. Gilbert has been teaching at Glendale for 19 years. “I truly love working at Glendale Christian School. I get to come into work every day with the most caring and encouraging group of people that have become like family to me.” Mrs. Gilbert finds being a K-5 teacher to be such a blessing. She loves that the children make her laugh every day. She finds such joy when a child’s face lights up when they learn something new. She welcomes the big hugs and the, “I love you’s”, which are a constant reminder to her that she plays an important role in the life of the children. Mrs. Gilbert also enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband of 28 years, their family and new granddaughter. She likes cooking and loves a house full of family and friends.

Mrs. Jill Huber
Mrs. Huber is a Kindergarten teacher at Glendale. She has been teaching for 19 years and has been at Glendale Christian School for 8 years. Mrs. Huber enjoys the children and the atmosphere. She loves the administration staff as well as the teachers at Glendale. She feels this is a great place to work! Mrs. Huber likes spending time with her husband and two children, being a mommy, reading and of course going to the beach.

Mrs. Page is a First Grade teacher at our school! She has taught for 39 years, 23 of those years have been at Glendale! Mrs. Page loves getting to know her students and their parents. She enjoys watching the students grow and learn. Mrs. Page also enjoys singing, reading and photography!
Mrs. Jackie Morton
Mrs. Morton is a First Grade teacher at Glendale Christian School. She has been teaching for 20 years and has been at Glendale for 14 years. Mrs. Morton enjoys watching the children grasp what she is teaching. She also enjoys reading, crafts, walking on the beach, watching football, baseball and fishing!

Ms. Crystal Kepler
Ms. Kepler is one of our 3rd grade teachers at Glendale. This is her 9th year teaching at GCS. Ms. Kepler loves being around the children and seeing the excitement when her students master a new skill. “Their enthusiasm is contagious!” Ms. Kepler enjoys reading, being creative and she is a volunteer for the Vero Beach Theater Guild.

Mr. Brian Smith
Mr. Smith is a Third Grade teacher at Glendale. This is his 4th year with us!
Mr. Smith has this to say:
“I am blessed to fulfill God’s calling to Glendale Christian School. I love working with children because they are 25% of our population and 100% of our future. I love seeing them develop faith, knowledge, respect and responsibility. It touches my heart to see them learn, laugh and begin to do things on their own.”
When Mr. Smith is out of the classroom, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys loving his friends and family, spreading laughter, playing golf, attending Gator football games, listening to music and writing.
Mr. Smith’s favorite Bible verse is Psalm 16:8, “I keep my eyes always on the Lord; with Him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.”
Mr. Derek Meier

In his leisure time, Mr. Meier enjoys football, basketball, chess and most of all time spent with family.
Mrs. Belinda Carr
Mrs. Charlene Atkins
Mrs. Atkins is one of our fifth grade teachers at Glendale. Mrs. Atkins teaches history, science and penmanship. In the past Mrs. Atkins has taught adult education classes and currently teaches 5th – 8th grade students at her church. Mrs. Atkins says what she most loves about working at Glendale is “The smiling faces of students excited about learning and her friendly co-workers.” She also loves being able to teach the truth from a Biblical perspective. In her free time, Mrs. Atkins loves reading, going to the beach, watercolor painting and going to garage sales.
Her favorite Bible verses are “Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matthew 6:33
